Payments - Mother's Hearth accepts payment via Visa/Mastercard (secure server), money order, personal/business check, or Paypal.

In stock orders paid by credit cards, PayPal, or money order will ship on reciept of payment. For personal checks, please allow one week for your check to clear.

Payments by credit card will appear on your bill as coming from LITTLE PAGANS.

Shipping - We are a small home-based business, so sometimes reality interferes, but we will attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 72 hours of reciept. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email.

Items that are not defective may be returnable.  They must be in new, unused condition.  They must be unopened and complete.  Used or dirty merchandise can not be returned.  Non-defective items may be returned for a company credit only.  Used, opened or damaged items that are returned to us will not receive a refund or company credit.

All returned/exchanged items MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the original shipping date (the date we sent it to you).

Privacy: Mother's Hearth will never sell, trade, give or otherwise transfer any information about any of our customers to any other company or individual. We value your business and would never endanger our positive relationship by giving private information about you to information brokers.
